INFORMATION ABOUT MICHAEL PENTICUFF

Michael Penticuff earned his doctorate in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio, in 1978. After a career in the government of the State of Texas, he returned to graduate school and completed a formal respecialization in Counseling Psychology in the Counseling Psychology Training Program at the University of Texas at Austin. His respecialization process included three and a half years of additional graduate work, culminating in a one-year internship at the Student Counseling Service at Texas A&M University.

Dr. Penticuff was licensed by the Texas State Board of Examiners of Psychologists in 1995 and opened his general psychological practice in October of that year. Listed on the National Register of Health Service Providers in Psychology, he is a member of the Capital Area Psychological Association (of which he is also a past president), the Texas Psychological Association and the American Psychological Association.
