Fees:
My fee structure is substantially lower than the prevailing rates in Austin and is based on the assumption that we will not personally deal with insurance companies. Our insurance philosophy is intended to provide mutual benefits for you as a client and for our office. We are happy to furnish you with a receipt to file if you do wish to file for insurance reimbursement on your own. The fee for a 45-minute individual office visit is $75.00; the fee for a 45-minute couple or family office visit is $100.00. The excess portions of sessions that extend beyond 45 minutes will be charges in 15-minute increments. The fee for group work is $30.00 for each 90-minute session; for couples, the fee is $40.00 for each 90-minute session. Telephone consultations will be charged in 15 minute increments at the rate the caller would be charged for an office visit. Fees for organizational services will be determined separately in each instance. Finally, fees for psychological testing are reflected on a separate schedule. These fees are negotiable either upward or downward upon request. If the standard payment arrangement is inconvenient, alternative payment arrangements can be made.
